What is your return policy period?
We accept returns within 14 days of receipt. To qualify for a return, your perfume, car fragrance, aftershave, or accessory must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and with all protective seals intact.
Which items are non-returnable?
For hygiene and safety reasons, beauty products, perfumes, and aftershaves that have been opened or had their hygiene seals broken cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive faulty or damaged.
How do I initiate a return?
To start a return, please contact our customer care team at beeaaykay618@gmail.com with your order number, proof of purchase, and the reason for the return. We will provide full return instructions and our warehouse returns address.
How long will my refund take to process?
Once we receive and inspect your returned goods, we will send an email confirmation. Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at beeaaykay618@gmail.com. Please include clear photos of the damaged product and packaging so we can promptly arrange a replacement or full refund.
Who covers the return postage costs?
Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed faulty, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked postal service when returning items.
